About this router
This is a corded plunge-base router from Bosch, model MRP23EVS, with a 15 amp motor listed at 2.3 HP. It offers electronic variable speed control, a 3-1/2 inch size, and an LED light, all stated as features. Plunge routers suit cuts that start partway into a workpiece rather than at an edge. It may appeal to shoppers who want a corded router with variable speed and built-in lighting. Check the 3-1/2 inch size against your bit and project needs, and note that the listing does not say whether a battery or charger is included.
