About this pliers / cutters
This Crescent H.K. Porter cutter is a 27-1/2 inch ratcheting soft cable cutter fitted with a blade keeper. It is classed among pliers and cutters and is listed with a 27-1/2 inch size. The ratcheting action is meant to let you make a cut in stages through cable, and the blade keeper is a built-in feature for holding the blade. The model is listed as 8690FSK. Shoppers who regularly cut cable and want a long-handled, ratcheting option may find this a good match, but it is worth confirming the size suits your work.
