About this planer
The Grizzly Industrial G0855 is an 8-inch corded jointer with a 12-amp motor and a built-in mobile base, so it can be wheeled to where it is needed in a shop. It is a jointer rather than a planer, which makes it suited to flattening and squaring the faces and edges of rough stock. Its 8-inch capacity sets the maximum board width it can handle. This machine suits woodworkers who want a corded jointer with a mobile base for a small or shared workspace.
