About this planer
This JET JJ-6CSDX is a 1 HP, 6-inch woodworking jointer that uses a quick-set knife system for changing blades. It runs on 115 or 230 volts, so it can be set up for either supply. Its listed size is 6 inches, which refers to the cutterhead width. It suits woodworkers who want to flatten and square stock and are comfortable with a 6-inch machine and a 115/230-volt power option.
