About this sander
The Makita 9404 is a corded belt sander with an 8.8 amp motor and a 4 in. by 24 in. belt. Its variable speed control lets you match the cutting pace to the material, and it comes with a dust bag to collect debris as you work. It suits shoppers who want a corded sander for shaping, smoothing, and finishing larger surfaces. Before buying, check the size, since the 4 in. by 24 in. belt format is what this model offers.
