About this impact driver
This is a Makita 18V LXT cordless impact driver with a 1/4 in. hex drive and a brushless motor, offered with three speed settings and an oil-impulse mechanism. It is sold as the bare tool, so no battery or charger is included. It suits shoppers who already own LXT 18V batteries and want a compact driver for fastening work. Before buying, confirm that your existing battery and charger belong to the LXT 18V platform, and note that the listing is for the tool only, so you will need to supply a battery and charger separately.
