About this specialty power tool
This is a cordless cut-out saw from Makita's 18V LXT line, running on an 18 V lithium-ion platform. It is listed as a specialty power tool for making cut-outs, and it is sold as a bare tool, so the battery and charger are not included. It suits shoppers who already own LXT 18V batteries and want a saw that works with them. Before buying, confirm you have a compatible 18V LXT battery and charger, since none come in the box, and note that this listing covers the tool only.
