About this miter saw
This is a cordless miter saw from Makita's 18V LXT line, with a 6-1/2 inch blade, dual-bevel compound cuts and a built-in laser guide. It uses a brushless motor and weighs 14.6 pounds. The listing is for the tool only, so no battery or charger is included. It suits shoppers who already own LXT 18V batteries and want a compact saw for trim and smaller stock. Before buying, confirm that you have a compatible LXT battery and charger, since neither comes in the box, and check that the 6-1/2 inch capacity fits the cuts you plan to make.
