About this pliers / cutters
This is a 9-inch brushless cordless power cutter from Makita, part of its 18V X2 LXT lithium-ion (36V) line, model XEC01Z. It is listed as a bare tool, so it arrives without a battery or charger and is intended for shoppers who already own compatible Makita power. It suits people who already work within the Makita 18V X2 LXT system and want a cordless cutter in that platform. Before buying, confirm that your existing batteries match the 18V X2 LXT (36V) platform, and remember that a battery and charger will need to be purchased separately, since none are included.
