About this jig saw
This is a cordless jig saw from Makita's 18-volt LXT lineup, built around a brushless motor and a barrel-style grip for guiding the blade through curves and straight cuts. It runs on the LXT 18V battery platform. This listing covers the tool only, so no battery or charger is included. It suits shoppers who already own LXT 18V batteries and want an extra cordless jig saw for cutting wood, plastic and similar materials. Before buying, confirm you have compatible LXT 18V batteries and a charger, since neither comes in the box, and check that the barrel grip suits how you like to hold a saw.
