About this wet/dry vac
This is a Makita 40V max XGT cordless wet/dry vacuum with a 2-gallon capacity, built around a brushless motor and a HEPA filter for fine dust. Its portable body is designed to be carried around a job site or workshop, and it runs on the XGT 40V battery platform, so it is a good fit for shoppers already invested in that range. It is listed as the tool only, with no battery or charger included, so you will need to supply a compatible XGT 40V battery separately. Check that the 2-gallon size suits your typical cleanup work and that you already own, or plan to buy, a compatible battery.
