About this reciprocating saw
This is a cordless reciprocating saw from Milwaukee's M18 line, running on an 18-volt lithium-ion platform. It is sold as a kit that includes one 5.0 Ah battery and a charger, so you can start cutting straight out of the box. It is designed for the kind of demolition and cutting work where a reciprocating saw is the tool of choice. This kit suits someone who already owns M18 batteries and tools, or who wants a complete starter setup on this platform. Check that the configuration matches what you need, since the same model is also offered as a combo kit with different contents. Confirm the battery platform before you buy so the battery will work with tools you already have.
