About this nailer / stapler
This is a cordless 18-gauge narrow crown stapler from Ridgid, running on an 18V platform with a brushless motor, as stated for this model. It drives 1-1/2 inch staples and is sold as the bare tool, so no battery or charger comes in the box. The listing describes it as an 18-gauge stapler with an 18 V battery platform. It may suit shoppers who already own 18V batteries and want a compact stapler for trim, upholstery, or light framing work. Before buying, check that you have a compatible 18V battery and charger, and confirm that the bare tool configuration meets your needs, since a kit version of this model is also available.
