About this reciprocating saw
The Ridgid R8648K is an 18V cordless reciprocating saw designed for one-handed use, with a compact body and a brushless motor. It comes as a kit with a 2.0 Ah battery, and the listing states that a charger is included in the box. This kit suits shoppers who already own, or plan to build around, the 18V battery platform and want a smaller saw for cutting in tight spaces. Check that the battery and charger match the 18V system you use, and note that the listing gives no other configurations of this model, so the kit is the only option offered.
